Why Choose the Marangu Route?
Easiest Route to the Summit
The Marangu Route is considered one of the easiest routes to the summit of Kilimanjaro due to its gradual slope and direct path. While still a challenging climb, it is less physically demanding than some of the steeper routes, making it ideal for those looking for a more moderate trek.

Comfortable Hut Accommodations
Unlike other routes that require camping, the Marangu Route offers hut accommodations throughout the trek. These shared huts are equipped with basic amenities such as bunk beds and mattresses, providing a more comfortable and sheltered environment, especially at higher altitudes. This is the only Kilimanjaro route that offers this kind of lodging, making it a popular option for climbers who prefer not to camp in tents.

Shorter Duration
The 6-day itinerary allows climbers to summit Kilimanjaro in a relatively short period while still providing adequate time for acclimatization. If you’re short on time but still want to experience the thrill of climbing Africa’s highest peak, this route is the perfect choice.

Stunning Landscapes
The Marangu Route takes you through a variety of ecosystems, from lush rainforests to alpine deserts and finally to the arctic summit zone. The scenic diversity along the route makes the climb visually rewarding, with opportunities to spot unique wildlife and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

All-Inclusive Package
This all-inclusive tour covers everything you need for a successful climb, including professional guides, hut accommodations, meals, and all necessary permits and fees. You’ll be fully supported every step of the way, allowing you to focus on the climb and enjoy the experience.
